Refund policy

Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery upon approval. [See below for Wallpaper]

All returnable items are subjected to a 15% return fee which will be deducted from your refund (or store credit).

Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned within 7 days from the time you received the order will be refunded to the payment method that was used to place the order. Items returned after 7 days (and before 30 days) will generate a store credit. All returned items must be in the original packaging and in their original condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wallpaper
Wallpaper returns must be received within 14 days of receipt. Wallpaper must be in the original UNOPENED packaging and in its original condition. Upon receipt & inspection we will issue a credit minus a 24% restocking fee.
